Facts and Questions

How far in advance should I make my reservation?
Our bouncers are very popular! We recommend you make your reservations as soon as you know the date, time and location of your event. It is first come, first serve!

Do you deliver and set up the bounce houses?
Yes. We deliver and set up all bounce house units and insure that they are clean before your party starts. We also insure that the units are in good working condition as we test the units for safety after set up.

How much space do I need to have in my yard?
You will need to make sure you have at least 20ft wide, 20ft long and 20ft high of available space (clear of ALL debris - rocks, branches, sticks, pet litter, etc). Set-up has to be within 100ft of a standard household power outlet.

Can we set up the bouncer in an area where there is no electricity?
If needed, extension cords will be included with your inflatable bouncer at no additional charge. If your event takes place in an area where an electrical outlet is unavailable, we can provide a fully-gassed generator for an additional $100 per day.

What surfaces can the bounce house be setup on?
The safest surface is a level grassy area. However, we can setup on concrete,
asphalt, parking lots, etc. Please specify which surface the bouncer will be setup
on so we can provide the appropriate anchors.

What are my responsibilities as the renter of the bouncer?
A responsible adult must be assigned to supervise all activity in and around the bouncer while it is in use.  The adult must know (and enforce) all safety rules. The renter is responsible for the safety of all participants and the care of the equipment.

What are methods of payments?
We are very flexible as far as deposit payments. We accept Cash, Checks and credit cards. The total balance is then due in cash when inflatable is delivered.
